A Lady's Touch Professional Window Washing & Pressure Washing is a local cleaning company based in Orange, California that specializes in residential and commercial cleaning of one to four-story buildings. From power washing your concrete to washing the windows, we do it all. We've been cleaning green since 1988. In 1988 at 25 years old, Lori Nadeau gave her two weeks' notice at a private school in Fullerton. She'd asked for a raise and what they gave (30 cents) wasn't enough. She decided it was time to start a business. Window washing seemed to fit her special life. Rheumatoid arthritis since 11 years old made walking painful. High heels were out of the question. Average professional attire was too uncomfortable to an already discomfort-filled arthritic body. This was an invisible, huge factor that motivated Lori to methodically plan her work and work her plan one day at a time, five days a week.

A biography timeline of the growth of A Lady's Touch:
WINDOW WASHING. 1988 was the 1st year our founder, Lori Nadeau, began washing windows in Irvine. 20 years later, window washing is still our signature; it’s the kiss goodbye after we do any type of cleaning. A Lady's Touch does top quality, attention to detail professional window washing.
PRESSURE WASHING. 1992 Lori added pressure washing
to A Lady's Touch. A Large commercial job came to her and asked if
she could clean their concrete. A new pressure washer was bought …and
stolen….soon there after. She rented a pressure washer until a 2nd
Better pressure washer could be purchased. A Lady's Touch does top
quality, attention to detail Hot water pressure washing; horizontal or
Vertical surfaces.
WASTE WATER RECOVERY. This is a Federal Law called the “clean water act”. While A Lady's Touch is cleaning we MUST be vigiliant to capture our dirty run off water. In 2008 Lori designed & had built our State of the Art
VACUUM RECOVERY SYSTEM (VRS). The
VRS sucks up our dirty water and sends it through our custom made
filtration system. This will recycle our dirty water and throw it back
into our water tank to be re used as we continue pressure washing. A

AWNING WASHING.1992 Lori added awning cleaning to
her menu of services. The same client who needed their concrete cleaned
had a large courtyard with glass canopies.
Lori climbed up on top (her favorite thing to do is climb on
anything) and cleaned those awnings. A Lady's Touch does top quality
awning cleaning of all types of awnings.
SIGNAGE CLEANING. 1992 Lori noticed many signs
& logos had bird poop on them. Now her pressure washer had more
stuff to clean. Hydraulic lifts are often used to reach signs 50 or 60
feet high; then we pressure wash it clean. A Lady's Touch does top

CONSTRUCTION CLEAN UP. Often while washing windows
in commercial buildings Lori noticed tenant improvements is a common
thing. This would create a tornado of extra dirt, grime and debris on
the windows. Cleaning this up for the construction industry is another
need A Lady’s touch decided to fill. A Lady’s Touch does top quality
FULL SERVICE (including janitorial) Construction Clean up.
CHANDELIER CLEANING. 1998 Lori cleaned her 1st commercial chandelier at a United Artists movie theatre. Scaffolding was necessary to access the chandelier. Residentially, chandelier cleaning is a tedious but highly sought after service. A Lady's Touch does top quality chandelier cleaning from start to finish; whether brass, plastic or crystal.
GRAFFITI REMOVAL. 1993 Lori began her battle with
graffiti in Santa Ana! It’s everywhere. It’s dangerous to remove it.
The punks don’t like that we remove it. Knowing the different types of
surfaces the graffiti is on is ½ the battle. It’s very important to
remove it as quickly as possible. This will actually deter the punks
from returning, since we keep removing it so quickly. They receive no
notoriety. A Lady's Touch does top quality graffiti removal.
RAIN GUTTER CLEANING/FLUSHING. 1988 from the very
beginning, A Lady's Touch would provide this service for our residential
clients. The ladders, the agility, the pressure washers; this is a job

COMMERCIAL JANITORIAL & HOUSECLEANING. 2008 A
Lady's Touch specialty cleaning decided to bring on board a professional
housecleaner, 30 years experience! All our janitors speak & read
English to ensure proper usage of proper green cleaning products,
techniques & procedures. Each “cleaning specialist” carries a phone
and always has direct access to the company founder; Lori Nadeau, in
case any client has a question and needs an answer. Here at A Lady's
Touch we love to clean and it shows in the quality & detail of our
